They're in the eye panel (view options); the red and blue circles. Center of lift needs to be a little behind center of mass. The closer they are, the less pitch authority you'll need, but if they're too close, it'll be unstable. Main landing gear should also be a little behind the center of mass, and tall enough to allow you to pitch up without a tailstrike.

Wow! :D An ambitious mission and a nicely put-together video. As a long-time Kerbal player struggling to get into Juno, it was good to see the UI. I have some practice with the UI, but I have much to learn and I had no idea the camera parts could do all that! I enjoyed the different effects from different cameras. Noooo! The second lander! That was quite a ride! :) I never thought of using tethers for boarding like that. No more ladders; yay!

Man you barely added any spoilers to your cars and they had a lot of space between the vehicle's floor and the wheels. That means a lot of air passing below the vehicle generating strong lift at high speeds. My suggestion is a similar design to F1 cars, with large spoilers and stuck to the floor.
